Chilled Blueberry Soup

1-1/2 cups well-drained fresh blueberries, rinsed or 12 oz frozen blueberries, thawed and drained
1/2 cup well-chilled green grapes
1/2 cup well-chilled sour cream
2 t. fresh lemon juice
1/4 t. sugar
1/2 cup well-chilled club soda

In a food processor, puree berries and grapes and strain through a sieve into a bowl, pushing hard on the solids. Whisk in the sour cream, lemon juice and sugar and stir in the club soda. Serve immediately.

Serves 2.
