Fruit Salsa

2 large tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup red or white onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 canteloupe, diced
1/4 honeydew melon, diced
1 mango, diced
1 papaya, diced
salt to taste
2 t. cilantro, chopped

Marinade:
juice of one lime
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 T. sugar
1 T. white vinegar

Mix all ingredients and chill for 2 hours. Serve with tortilla chips or cinnamon chips.
